Requiring far less water to grow, the eucalyptus is processed using a closed loop system, meaning that no harmful chemicals enter the environment. As a fully natural product, it can be composted or recycled after use.

Ethical Bedding products use TENCEL™ - a branded lyocell fibre made from the pulp of sustainably grown, Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified eucalyptus trees. Eucalyptus produces the highest yield per acre, results in the highest quality fibre, whilst producing the least amount of waste. No herbicides, pesticides or toxins are used in the production process and products are fully tested for safety. Hollow fibre pillows and duvets are made from recycled plastic bottles and sustainably grown bamboo.
The company’s partners and supply chain have achieved ISO 9001:2000 and Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Quality Management Systems. Thus customers can be assured that workers have decent conditions and are paid a proper living wage.
